the staff was attentive, addressing all needs promptly. The location proved ideal, offering easy access to various shops and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the quick walk to Monkey Forest. I found the food delicious with a great variety of options.

My room was located directly under the restaurant. I experienced significant noise at night. Waitresses moved chairs, and footsteps created a lot of disturbance.

i had some problems with the room. my room sat right under the restaurant called 7 painting, and at night, it was so noise. the waitress dragged chairs, and walking created a lots of noise, so i had to complain.

I found the staff friendly. Their cute attitude stood out. the room featured an amazing view from the private pool, a detail i particularly enjoyed. the entire hotel fostered a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, a welcome contrast to the nearby bustling center.

the breakfast selection, while adequate, could offer more variety regarding milk alternatives.

the bed creaked loudly. the sheets were uncomfortable. wooden slats fell from the roof into the pool ! it didn't feel like a luxury experience at all, and i was so disappointed. on a positive note, the staff offered a complimentary massage! but the wi-fi was slow.
